Gas Leakage

A. Probing- 

• May I know from where the gas leakage is happening?

• May I know since when you are facing this issue?

Scenarios and Basic Trouble-shoots

• Leakage from the gas hose - Sir/Ma'am as I understand that the gas is leaking from the gas hose (pipe). So, I request you to first turn off the gas pipeline and try to replace or refit the pipe, if you are still facing the issue, then contact your gas dealer and make sure not to use it until the resolution.

• Leakage from gas cylinder regulator- Sir/Ma'am, as I understand that the gas is leaking from the gas cylinder regulator, I request you first to turn off the gas regulator properly and contact your gas dealer Please do not use the gas stove until the issue is resolved.

• Leakage from knob- Sir/Ma'am as I understand that the gas is leaking from the gas Knob, so I request you first to turn off the gas regulator properly, and please do not use it until the issue is resolved. Inform the customer that you are registering a complaint for a technician visit and provide TAT. 

• Leakage from the gas pipe (below the gas stove)- Sir/Ma'am as I understand that the gas is leaking from the bottom pipe in the gas stove, so I requested that you please turn off the gas regulator properly. We are aligning a technician at your doorsteps, and make sure not to use it until the resolution.
