A. Probing:-

• May I know when did you purchase the product? 

• Was the product working fine initially?

• Since when you have been facing this issue? 

B. Troubleshooting steps-

• Please clean the burners from the upper and lower sides properly. If you do not clean the gas stove glass & burner just after cooking food, you might face this issue. Always clean the burners properly after every use. 

C. If the issue is resolved after following the troubleshooting steps- Then Raise a Ticket and resolve it on call.

D. If the issue is not resolved by the troubleshooting steps -Then Raise a complaint and assist the customer in sharing product details. 

E. Handling :-
