May I know if you are using LPG or PNG gas line?
B. Handling:-
If the customer is using PNG, then inform - Sir/Ma'am I would like to inform you that our product is LPG compatible only and we do not provide LPG to PNG conversion if you are goes for self-intervention or gets it done locally then the product warranty will be void.
If the customer is using LPG, then inform - Sir/Ma'am, I request you to please follow a few troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue:
a. Flame ports are blocked - Sir/Ma'am, I request you to please Clean the flame ports and make sure that there is no rust on them.
b. Burner top fitting - Make sure that the burners are in the right position and the knob is not loose, if it is loose then please tightened it properly.
c. Knob position not correct - Knob should be at ON position.
d. Supply of Gas - Make Sure the gas line is not blocked with dirt or, there is no dent in the pipe
In case of flame issue, if burners are in warranty but the product is out of warranty, then - First inform the customer since the product is out of warranty we would not be able to align technician for the same.
However, please validate the burner warranty from the Invoice.
In case the burners are burnt, broken or rubbed but under warranty then new burners to be aligned.
