Motor dead/Burning smell/abnormal sound

A. Probing :-

• May I know whether you are getting burning smell or completely dead ?

• May I know since when you are facing this issue ?

• Man I know whether the noise is coming from motor or belt ?

1. If the noise is coming from Belt :- Assist Customer to lubricate the belt with the help of silicon oil and tight properly with Allen key. 

2. If the noise is coming from motor :- Assist customer with the tech assistance.
