• A. Trouble shooting -

• E1 - Sir/Mam - As I checked the reason behind this error code is that the Electricity voltage is too low at your home right now, So I request you to please try to operate the product after some time when the power is back to normal.

• E2 - Sir/Mam - As I checked the reason behind this error code is that the Electricity voltage is too high at your home right now, So I request you to please try to operate the product after some time when the power is back to normal.

• E3 - Sir/Mam - As I checked the reason behind this error code is that the plate surface temperature sensor is short-circuited so I request you to please wait for some time until the unit cools down then try to use the product again

• E4 - Sir/Mam - As I checked the reason behind this error code may be the plate surface temperature sensor is open & which is an internal part of the product and you can’t fix it by yourself.

• E5 - As I checked the reason behind this error code may be due to an air intake issue or maybe the exhaust vent is blocked so I request you to please clean the vent after the unit cools down, then try to use the product again after some time.

• E6 - As I checked the reason behind this error code is that the temperature sensor is open & which is an internal part of the product and you can’t fix it by yourself.

• E0- As I checked the reason behind this error code is that you are not using suitable utensils on the induction so I request you to please use such utensils whose base must be made of a magnetic material. such as cast iron or magnetic stainless steel.

1. A Simple trick to check for induction compatibility-Grab a magnet and place it against the bottom of any pan in your current collection. If the magnet sticks, the pan will work on an induction appliance.
