Lesson Intent
This lesson intends to have students recognize that the key to a successful organization is to have a culture based on a strongly held and widely shared set of beliefs. This lesson aims to enable students to understand the importance of identifying traits of a healthy and unhealthy organizational culture while leading the organization through the aspects of change. During times of organizational change, keeping members engaged and enthusiastic is a challenge. That's because change involves upheaval.
