Should the format of our references slide on the PowerPoint presentation be identical to how we format it in Word? Or can our references be in bullet format?
You can match the formatting used in the paper.
Of note, the Chicago manual of style there is no "bullet format", the main content is single-spaced, hanging indents, alphabetized by author with proper grammar, punctuation, italics etc. Therefore, bullets could be used as an option to enhance readability, as long as the content of each reference follows the Chicago-Style rule
Does the font on the visual aid need to be times new roman pt 12 font?
No.
In the Tongue & Quill, Chapter 10, Air Force Speaking, you will find good information on preparing your slides. Remember, the intent is for the visual aide to enhance your presentation.

You should be speaking to the mission of the unit that you are assigned to.
As an FTD (field Training Detachment) instructor, it's extremely difficult to relate to any subject on the strategic threat presentation. I was a local hire (hired from host nation FGS - Force Generation Squadron), is there a way I can lean more on my AFSC out of the 492 FGS?
If you were locally hired into your current position within the last 6 months you can use the FGS, otherwise, you must address the impact to the unit's mission you are currently assigned to, regardless of AFSC.
Russian Involvement in the Baltics. Which term should I focus on, geopolitical or geographic? I'm leaning towards geopolitical the "Baltic states" but just double checking.
You have the autonomy to choose the direction of the strategic threat you are briefing. As you are researching, review the criteria within the assignment instructions and rubric.
