Activity: Negotiation Categories Exercise
Working as a group, you will demonstrate your creative acting skills by performing a skit based off the topic you selected that “teaches” your group’s assigned negotiation category to the rest of the flight.
Your demonstration must contain the following elements:
• A negotiation strategy (evade, comply, settle, insist, cooperate)
• An element of the TIPO model
• Hardball tactics (if assigned distributive negotiation)
• An element of “The Who, Stakes, and Situation”
• Minimum of three characteristics from your assigned negotiations category
