Peer Feedback & Evaluations
At the end of the course, you will have the opportunity to provide peer-to-peer feedback based on your observations and performance. You may do this one-on-one, in small groups, as a large discussion, through anonymous comments, or any other means as approved by your instructor.
On the date specified by the course schedule, you will rank-order your peers based on their performance and your observations from the entire course. This evaluation process is meant to emulate the same type of evaluation process used by many squadrons during evaluation boards. The results of your evaluation will have a direct impact on who will earn awards in the program.
