As a group, you will develop a PowerPoint presentation about a workplace risk in your organization. Collectively identify a risk that is common to each of your organizations or select a risk you all agree on.
Once you have developed your risk scenario, your team will breakdown the following and present to the class as if presenting to your commander (Stakeholder):
Assess the Risk (Effects and probability) utilizing the risk assessment matrix
Identify how to Mitigate Risk
Include KPIs in your presentation
Presentations will be 5-10 minutes.
