Materials:
Practice: Black paper squares (4") and white colored pencils
Black canvas 3" or larger
Paint: Black, white, and primary colors (very little color is used)
Paper plates and Qtips

(1) Mix a minuscule amount of color with a large amount of white for tint!

(1) Do the background shades first (ie paint the blue/white or purple/white first) then let dry about 10 minutes.
