Hello Y'all! I have to share this recipe with you because I went literally 6 months without fries of any kind and I don't recommend that to anyone! Then I discovered these yuca fries to which my cashiers always exclaim that I'm the only person who buys yuca root. Well it is delicious and a great potato substitute, so please keep them busy and help them memorize the code by purchasing yuca and making these delicious fries just like me! **Update and Warning** So it turns out Yuca has cyanide in it, the ones you buy at the grocery store are "probably" safe, but to be safest, make sure to boil it and drain and dry it really well before baking or frying. Now, personally I skipped the boiling part several times because I didn't know it was considered essential. I'm still alive and kicking, so you may be fine, but I wanted to make sure and update this recipe since I found out this new information.
