Chicken Thighs (organic and free range if possible)
Bacon (uncured, try to find the least added sugar, and / or test this separate for reactions before adding to any recipe) Link to the brand I use is here
Black Pepper
Instructions:
Preheat the air fryer at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 3-4 minutes while you start prepping the chicken thighs
Place two strips of bacon lengthwise on the cutting board next to each other
Place Chicken thigh on top of bacon at one end
Grind some pepper to taste over chicken thigh, you don't need a lot since... Bacon!
Roll the chicken thigh in the bacon all the way until the strips of bacon full wrap the chicken
Place with the ends of the bacon down in the preheated air fryer basket
I usually put about 3-4 thighs in the fryer at the same time
Cook for 15 minutes (still on 350 degrees Fahrenheit)
Flip the thighs using the tongs
Cook for 17 additional minutes (still on 350 degrees Fahrenheit)
Remove from the fryer and Enjoy!
Footnote: I really love to have a couple of these prepped in the fridge, they go great over miracle noodles, and salads.
