And here goes... I needed a sauce to dip the Bacon Wrapped Artichokes in today... Then I wanted to make Tzatziki sauce, I bought coconut yogurt and everything. Then I blended everything up and it tasted so good I made this instead!
Tools:
- Blender
- Knife
- cutting board
- spoon
Ingredients:
- 1/4 of a Cucumber
- 1/5 of an onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- Olive Oil
- Dried Dill
- Salt (a pinch)
- some Canned Artichoke hearts (quartered)
Instructions:
- Rough Chop all ingredients
- Put everything into the blender, adding about 2 tablespoons of olive oil and add more as needed
- Blend everything until it is a smooth (humus consistency) sauce.
- Scoop out and enjoy!!
