Instructions:
- Slice all mushrooms, onion and avocado
- Place some greens on the plate
- Pile high with mushrooms!!
- Add avocado and salmon to the pile
- Saute onion slices and some mushrooms lightly with some spices (which ever spices you prefer, I use garlic powder, salt, pepper, ginger powder, dill and turmeric)
- Add sauteed veggies onto the pile
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar
- Stuff your belly with this delicious healthy meal!
