This is seriously my favorite side dish right now!!! One squash makes two servings (four if you want, but I eat a lot and big portions LOL) Bonus is that my husband doesn't like squash so I get to eat it two meals in a row!! Delicata Squash is the best kept secret of Autumn. I only wish I had discovered this beauty sooner!! Yum!!
Ok so you can make this sweet or salty, but recently I've been craving salty so that is what I will list below. Just know you can sub the spices for cinnamon, mace and honey or maple syrup (instead of olive oil) to make it sweet if that's what you're craving.
