Thanksgiving Sweet Potatoes!

Ok Y'all I seriously cannot wait for you to try this recipe!! I had to eat seconds before I started typing this because it was so good! I'm finally starting to feel excited about Thanksgiving now that I came up with this! 3. Time --> 2 (about 30-45 minutes cooking time, only about 5 minutes prep time)

Tools:

• Oven
• Glass pie dish
• knife
• Cutting Board

Ingredients:

• Sweet Potato
• 2 bananas
• 8oz strawberries
• Olive oil
• Honey
• Spices: Cinnamon, Mace, Sage, Ginger, Turmeric

Instructions:

1. Slice sweet potato into rounds about 1/4 inch thick, place in pie dish spread out but they'll still overlap
2. Slice banana lengthwise once and then cut into about 1/4 inch thick half circles. Place "sprinkled" throughout the pie dish overlapping the sweet potatoes
3. Slice the green tops off the strawberries and the slice them a few times lengthwise. Place them "sprinkled" throughout the pie dish.
4. Sprinkle with spices
5. Drizzle with honey and olive oil
6. Bake for about 45 minutes to an hour, checking about every 10 or 15 minutes to ensure it doesn't burn
7. When the house smells so delicious that you cannot stand it any longer, take this beauty out and enjoy!!

You can also add a scoop of reintro vanilla ice cream or something to make it a la mode if you want, but I literally just ate two bowls of this alone and it was sooo good!! I cannot wait to have it again at Thanksgiving in a few weeks!! The banana and strawberries really make up for not having marshmallows which is awesome!!!
