Bacon Wrapped Artichokes

I found this recipe today when I had a can of artichoke hearts on the counter and some extra bacon from another dish (that I will share with you very soon). This turned out even better than I thought, and I hope you enjoy this super easy delicious side dish.

Also, we got excited and started eating them before I remembered to take a pic. #sorry!!

3. Time --> 2 (about 30-45 minutes cooking time, only about 5 minutes prep time)

Tools:

• Toothpicks
• Scissors
• Pan
• Oven

Ingredients:

• Canned artichoke hearts
• Bacon
• spices: salt and (reintro- pepper *optional*

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350f
2. Cut all bacon slices in half to shorten the length
3. Place one bacon slice on the cutting board
4. Roll one artichoke heart or quartered heart in the bacon and pin shut with a toothpick
5. Place all the wrapped artichokes on the pan sprinkle with desired spices
6. Bake until the bacon is cooked through (will likely not be crispy)
7. Remove from the oven top with your fresh made Cucumber Sauce and Enjoy!
