Instructions:
- Saute Onions and Garlic
- Add beef and cook until well done
- Rinse an saute the shirataki noodles
- Add olive oil and some spices to the noodles and finish cooking them (until about dry before spices in non stick pan, then until well blended with spices to taste)
- Plate noodles first, beef on top 1/2 lbs per serving, then put avocado slices and finally spread the artichoke and garlic dressing on top.
- To eat, mix the dish together to make it all creamy and delicious!
