Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
- Wash all Brussels Sprouts and Cut them lenthwise in half
- Place the sliced Brussels Sprouts on the pan (lined with parchment paper for easy clean up)
- Using the brush, dip in olive oil (this is what the small cup is for) and brush liberally onto all Brussels Sprouts
- Dust them with seasonings! I usually grind some salt and pepper, add turmeric, garlic, and dill
- Put the pan into the oven for 10 minutes
- Remove the pan, using the spatula, toss the sprouts around
- Using the brush again, apply more oil as needed; followed by additional spices
- Place back into the oven for an additional 10-12 minutes
- Remove from over and Enjoy!
These also store well in the fridge if using them to prep for lunches etc. throughout the week! A true staple in my weekly meals, these are loaded with fiber and are a great side dish that is very easy to heat up in the microwave!
