✞W. 'STAN' DYSINGER, RETIRED ENGINEER By Buffalo News Staff Nov 27, 1995 Services for W. "Stan" Dysinger, 72, of Priscilla Lane, a retired engineer at Harrison Division, General Motors Corp., will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St. Burial will be in Cold Spring Cemetery. A native of Lockport, he died Friday (Nov. 24, 1995) in Medina Memorial Hospital after a brief illness. During World War II, Dysinger served in the Army Air Forces. He had worked at Harrison for 43 years before his retirement in 1987. He was a member of Lodge 41, Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, and Niagara County Golf Course.
Surviving are his wife, the former Jean Hadley; two sons, David N. of Sugarland, Texas, and Dennis of Fairport; two daughters, Donna of Meriden, Conn., and Deborah A. Sibolski of Seattle; three sisters, Annabelle Hawley of Tucson, Ariz., Rebecca A. Treharne of Ransomville and Alma Smith; and four grandchildren.
✞Jean (Hadley) Dysinger, 93, longtime Lockport resident, passed away May 20, 2018 in a suburb of Houston. Jean was married for over 50 years to William S. ‘Stan’ Dysinger and was the daughter of Marie (Stevenson), Louis May, and Ted Hadley. She was very active in volunteer activities, especially in St. John’s Church ministries. Jean also worked in the Heart Fund, Hospice, Hospital Guild, and many others.
Jean is survived by her four children Dennis (Marilyn) Donna, Deborah (Paul Hawley), and David (Maureen); four grandchildren Marc Dysinger, Sarah Betrus, Emily Wood, and Eric Sibolski; six great granddaughters Annabel, Abigail, Lucy, Mia, Lily, and Paige; brothers late, Ted (Marie) Hadley and late, Jack Hadley; also several nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends may call Thursday, July 5th from 6-8 PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport. A memorial mass will be celebrated Friday, July 6th at 10 AM in St. John the Baptist RC Church, 168 Chestnut St., Lockport.
