Nicholas was born in Pennsylvania in 1755, not Germany, and not 60 years earlier but 146. However, he had died about 60 years before the first reunion in 1841. Also, the Disingers were not factually in nearly every state, maybe a dozen or so.
Vice president "W.F. Kin" should be W.F. King husband of Virgie Disinger, daughter of Samuel Disinger of Seneca County, NY.

Held in Canoga, Seneca County, NY, at the home of Birney Disinger, grandson of Daniel Disinger, near Lake Cayuga. There were only 23 attendees.
After 60 years of reunions they still didn't know about Barthel and Heinrich. Nicolaus and his two brothers (William and Johan George) were born about 50 miles outside of Philadelphia. None of them died in the war and the only one besides Nicolaus who left descendants, Johan George, is the one they thought died. Nicolaus only owned about 20 acres in Seneca County (his son John owned hundreds of acres) but they had the Indian part right.
