In this activity, you will be given two cars (one red / one blue). You will then be given two starting points and direction of travel.

You will then create a whiteboard with a minimum of 5 representations to describe the motion of the two cars.

Goals:

• Obtaining, Evaluating, and Communicating Information

• Developing and Using Models (Constant Velocity Model)

• Creating various graphs to describe the motion of an object (points/intercepts, gradient, units, area under curve)

• Utilizing Motion Maps to describe the motion of an object.
