As of 2023, students are no longer required to submit their SAT/ACT scores. However, if you are a student who did very well on their exam(s) and would like to submit them along with your application, you can do so through the College Board website
If you've taken the SAT more than once, you can send only your best score. However, the institution you are sending scores to might have a policy that they want to see all of your scores. As you select scores to send, you can view the policy requirements of the schools you selected and send what they require
To get college credit or placement for your AP scores, you have to request to College Board that they report your official AP exam score report to the college(s) you are applying to. You might have to pay a small fee for each report you send
Please keep in mind that if your last AP exam was more than four years ago, your scores are archived. Archived scores are not viewable in the score reporting system and can only be sent to a college, university, or scholarship program through a request made via mail or fax
Submitting your CUNY Proficiency Scores is a separate, but similar process to submitting your SAT or AP exam scores (minus the fact that it does not come directly from the College Board). It may require emailing the various CUNY campuses that you applied to in order to confirm whether or not your application was successfully submitted, processed, and considered after this requirement is satisfied.
