Lauren Morden

Hi, my name is Lauren Morden. I’m a freshman majoring in Communications. I’m from the Detroit area and I love the city! I like to spend time with my friends and family in my spare time. All throughout my life, I was exposed to art and music, so I’ve always had a strong passion for creativity. I love to think outside the box, try new things, and learn! I enjoy listening to many different genres of music and exploring different styles of art. Even though I'm not a big fan of bugs, I love being outdoors. Traveling is also something I enjoy doing. Higgins Lake Michigan is one of my favorite places to be during the summer. Over the summer I learned how to DJ and had my first gig! 

Embodiment Piece

My job is to hold papers together, I think I do it well. I am a paperclip, although I am a small paper clip I still get the job done. I am used a lot by people who are in school or have office jobs. Without me, the world would have less organization and be in complete chaos. Sometimes I get bent out of shape which is a little uncomfortable but it’s a nice stretch I guess. I usually spend my time in a box with other paper clips, it gets a little crowded at times. My overall purpose is very helpful. I will make sure your papers stay nice and neat. What would you do without me? I guess not all heroes wear capes!
