Hi!! Welcome to my life!
Louise Bourgeois
After watching the video about Louise Bourgeois, you can tell that she is a very down to earth woman who is passionate about making art. Her famous quote is “I am not what I am, I am what I do with my hands.” I think she is speaking on what people are here on Earth to do, in general. She makes a lot of plaster hands that speak to people on behalf of emotions that are present in everyday life. She also makes a lot of carvings originally from wood that consist of abstract shapes and objects. Louise also says that good works of art don’t need to be explained, and that if it needs explaining, then she has failed.
Merce Cunningham
Merce Cunningham, considered the most influential choreographer of the 20th century, was a many-sided artist. He was a dance-maker, a fierce collaborator, a chance taker, a boundless innovator, a film producer, and a teacher. During his 70 years of creative practice, Cunningham's exploration forever changed the landscape of dance, music, and contemporary art. Cunningham started his own dance company in 1953 and created hundreds of unique choreographic works. He challenged traditional ideas of dance, such as the roles of the dancers and the audience, the limitations of the stage, and the relationships between movement and beauty. One of Merce Cunningham’s most influential strategies was his use of chance and randomness as a creative tool. Cunningham would often flip coins or roll dice to guide the way he structured his choreography.
Life from a snowflakes point of view
As I delicately fall from the filled clouds above, I gently lay on the harsh, spiky grass in their backyard. He comes out like clock work, on the first snow to play and run around while I stare in amazement at the things he can make out of the others around me. Every winter I look forward to being built into a snowman because of the joy it brings him, and every winter he grows a little bit older and feels a little less childlike. I mourn the days coming that he doesn't feel lively enough to play, because it is my meaning in life to make this boy happy.

A tiny bird resting on the edge of a old, wooden ladder gazes out into the landscape. Trying to enjoy the view, he get stuck from a tree dripping syrup onto his foot, where he is now stuck and can't move. he grows weak trying to remove himself from the sticky honey.

This instillation is representing the world and how greed can take over someones life without realizing it. How far are you willing to go for money? Would you trade a million dollars to be sick for the rest of your life? Would you want a million dollars for one of your loved ones to pass away? Money should be lowest on your priority list.
I really enjoy looking at your photos, and I believe that they are really genuine. Things like having a good time with friends, graduating, and enjoying nature are all things to which I can certainly identify. I enjoy that you decided to keep them in color since the vibrancy makes the images more appealing to me.
The word create feels good paired with this image because the people in the photo seem happy and playful and are creating memories. I love it. You could always play with sizing and other fonts to see what looks best
I dream of owning my own dance studio someday.
Even though I get super tired most of the time, it is definitely a highlight of my day!
Some of my bucket list locations are: Italy, Spain, and pretty much all of Europe!
