Glimmer is a shiny star-like effect that can make one marking 'glittery' or cover the coat up to 25% in a colorful speckled effect. (Roughly 2 of an algolope's head)
(nGli) Single Allele and Double Allele
Glimmer has the same effect whether one or two copies are present.
Edge:
Edges of Glimmer can be Hard or Soft. Glimmer is restricted to a single marking or Soft edged if not on another marking.
Variation:
Glimmer can fade out into the base coat, and may have a subtle 1-2 color gradient or up to 2 colors used.
Glimmer can sit above most markings but underneath white markings, or be restricted to a single marking making it glittery and otherwise following that marking's rules.
Glimmer does not affect the stinger, inside ears, accent locations, scales on forelegs, or nails.
Glimmer can be a Natural color lighter than the base coat or it can be based on the Iridescent Color Chart. If using Iridescent color(s), please note in your design approval form which color(s) are being used. Ie: Glimmer - Rose Red, restricted to Tiger Stripe.
Glimmer can be dense or sparse glitter effects.
