This site is currently in progress. Information may change!
Generally sizes are broken up into sections with minimums and maximum areas.
Headshots - Minimum yellow area - 1 section
Maximum orange area (Top of shoulder, entire neck)
Headshot total sections - 3
Halfbody - Minimum yellow to red-orange (Just behind shoulder, part of chest barrel).
Maximum red area (End of ribs, start of hips)
Halfbody total sections - 5
Fullbody - Minimum yellow to pink. (Head to hips, part of tail)
Maximum purple area (entire algolope depicted.)
Fullbody total sections - 6+
All 'sizes' must show partial legs, if you choose to do the minimum it is recommended to draw the entire leg if applicable. Feet and end of tail tip are optional for both fullbody and halfbody.
Drawing the entire or 'Complete' Algo including feet and tail adds +1 rp bonus!
-----
Note: To allow composition the Algo does not need to be depicted from the 'head' back, you can draw a backview of your algo and as long as the total sections for a classification are met they can count as that sizing.
Headshot- 1-3 sections
Halfbody - 4-5 sections
Fullbody - 6-8 sections
Complete - 9 sections (+1 bonus)
Rank Points (Rp) are earned when you or another person draw or write about your Algolope. Rank points determine the Rank of your Algolope and come with multiple bonuses and benefits the higher ranking that Algolope is.
This includes more Breeding Slots, more Health, higher Stats, and access to new activities.
Information on Ranks can be found HERE!
Note: We do not have a classification for sketched, lined, or lineless. Instead artworks are rewarded based on 'size' of characters shown.

All backgrounds for Activities must have at least 3 levels of ground, not including the sky. Ex: Fore ground, Middle ground, Back ground. An image may have more levels of ground beyond this.
Elements - uniquely drawn items in a background, such as a tree, rock features, animals, bushes. Stamp brushes and 'brushes' for details do not count as elements and repetitive elements only count as '1' element.
Ground - Levels in an image that show depth to some degree. Foreground is usually where a character stands, but there is also middle ground, background (distant features), and skybox. The sky does not count as a type of ground.
Celestial bodies - Clouds, stars, sun, moon, meteors and shooting stars, auroras, etc do not count as an element.
Ground cover - Grass textures, vague flower splotches and otherwise 'ambiguous foliage' do not count as an element. A hand-drawn plant or flower could could as an element.
-----
Simple: +1 Rp (2 levels of ground, less than 2 elements, no shading)
Complex: +4 Rp ( 3 levels of ground, 3 elements, fully shaded)
Painted: +8 Rp (Fully rendered with depth, 3+ grounds and detail. 3+ elements, shaded and painted details.)
*Note - Elements can be disregarded for effort put into the background details, such as hand rendering a tree and foliage or cave wall behind a character.
All Backgrounds must express a clear scene and setting to be eligible for bonus, no bonuses are allotted for vague, gradient, photo , photomanip, screenshot, or abstract backgrounds. Additionally rough sketches or unfinished backgrounds will award only simple bonus regardless if meeting ground minimums or elements.
-----
Other Bonuses are applied once per submission per bonus type, with the exception of listed caps for stackable bonuses.

Monthly Prompt // Theme // Weather : +2 Rp
Depicting the Monthly Prompt, the current theme or current weather events adds this bonus. Theme and Weather events can change daily, weekly, monthly or seasonally.
*Extra Algolope, creatures and riders must be recognizable with details, max 3 of each type per image. No vague or small representations will be counted for points.
100 words = +1 Rp
Roleplay : +1 Rp
Descriptive setting +1 Rp
Clear description of an area, such as an exploration area, wherever the characters are, such as ruins, etc. Must be at least 100 words, in addition to wc featuring the characters.
*Other ARPG creatures, other algolope and rider bonuses may be added as long as the other algolope, creature, or rider are featured in a main part of the story and not simply mentioned or cameo'd. Each additional Algolope should add +400 words to the activity minimum.
Literature bonuses may also be applied to artwork that includes short stories in the description to accompany the piece, as long as it meets the 100 word minimum.
These are bonuses added onto your base points for size/finish.
Sculpture - 3D model or clay
Simple Sculpture (Smoothed or simplified, low poly.) : +5 Rp
Detailed Sculpture or Model : +10 Rp
Physical Craft : +5
Physical craft includes fabric and paper dolls, perlers, cross stitch, embroidery, crochet, knit, etc.
Simple Animation - +1 Rp
Small movements such as blinking, floating/bobbing, tail or leg movements.
Animation - +2 Rp per unique frame.
- Must show frames individually for evaluation.
Tweening animation and animations in 'live2d' or similar programs do not count, they may get simple animation bonus.
Reused assets - Specifically for 3d models, drawn bases, physical crafts. Anything that is reused, such as shading layers, lineart, patterns, or 3d model do not get base 'size' points, but coloring or any new additions do.
Example: Someone makes a fullbody chibi base with shading. These premade aspects cannot get points (fullbody, shading) but the unique aspect such as coloring can.
On 3d models this would be the UV map, which would get color bonus. Additionally, animating with a premade but reskinned model will get animation points per unique keyframe.
Dolls and physical crafts may use the same pattern but can only count 'colors' along with the general physical craft bonus.
Comics:
Comics must be minimum 3 panels, max 6 panels per page. They must have clear or recognizable splits or borders.
Comics are counted per panel, minus reused elements such as a similar headshot but changed expression, or reused backgrounds.
Panels that meet activity requirements can get activity rolls, max 3 per comic page.
There may be max 6 algolopes featured per page that earn Rank Points, however only 3 loot rolls will be given.
Artworks often created on one canvas with a 'continuous' background between images or similar backgrounds. Can be uploaded together like this example or separate. Often has shared elements or sticker like quality.
While the characters are actively participating in the activity above the grid-nature of the work would disqualify these images from rolls. Any grid artwork with unclear participation won't receive rolls as well.
Background even if in the same setting should be visually unique and with effort.
While many elements are simply 'trees', they are hand drawn and create depth. The Ground shows depth with a foreground, middleground and background. Small hand drawn grass elements and rocks, as well as the 'wisps' add enough detail to suffice for complex background bonus.
The background itself does not need to fill the entire canvas, but characters should be predominantly inside the background, a good rule is about 70% of the character should be featured inside the background area.
The background size is sufficient to be counted, with the characters predominantly in the space, however the background lacks ground levels and elements and thus would be considered simple.
One character shown here would count as fullbody, where the 2nd character at the bottom right would be considered half-body or partial.
Pixel artwork should show sufficient details to identify the characters, while styles may vary, overly small or simplified pixels will not award points.
The above example has sufficient detail to identify the character and would receive points as normal.
We recommend solo pixels like pagedolls to be at least 100x100 or 200x200 pixels. You can also resize the pixels when submitting to be larger.
This pixel scene is sufficient to be complex for background, with multiple elements, shading and ground levels. Additionally, the characters are easily identified even if simplified a bit due to being pixels.
It can be helpful for staff to resize your artworks to a larger scale when submitting. However the minimum size for pixel scenes we recommend is 200x200 pixels.
Artwork can be colored based on limited palettes or black and white as long as all character's markings are depicted and accurate. In the above example the characters palette is swapped to grays and whites. The character would pass for loot and colored Rank Points, however the background is rather simple and may not pass for loot rolls.
In this example there are a few details which could count as elements, such as the wall paints and the fallen tree, however the detail put into the ground and cave walls can replace elements and this artwork would count for complex bonus.
Another example of a partial canvas background. The art style is a bit less refined and instead painted in blocky shapes. There is enough elements between the branches and unique trees to count as complex as well as enough ground levels despite the simpler rendering.
In this example the two foreground characters are fullbody, however there are additional characters in the background, while recognizable, they are too small to count for any points or loot.
The background itself may pass for complex due to rendering and if the work shows effort compared to the gallery as far as rendering.
The characters proportions are stylized but all markings are present and the character is identifiable. Eyes and limbs should always be depicted in some manner, and should not be without volume, such as stick limbs or necks.
The background in this image may possibly count as complex as it has depth and levels of ground, though the 'elements' are trees without shading.
Boss creatures or monsters specific to algolopes lore can count as elements if they do not have an import for it's own bonus.
Another example of a stylized artwork of the characters. Again all markings and limbs are present, but the characters have more 'bean' eyes. They are both shaded and the background has enough ground levels and shading to count as complex.
In addition the background itself does not cover the entire canvas, but the characters are predominantly in the background area or scene.
In the above example there is limited ground in the composition, as well as general lack of elements or vague representations of foliage, however due to rendering the character, lighting, and putting effort into the ground level, this work would count for complex.
This is an example of a traditional craft, an articulated paper doll of a character.
This craft would not count for activities but would get the following Rank Points:
Fullbody : 2 Rp
Colored: +2 Rp
Complete: +1 Rp
Physical Craft : +5
There is minimal shading on the eye and thus there would be no shading points awarded.
Many of the background here would count as simple, however the first panel shows more depth and elements and could be possibly rolled for loot.
The borders are clear and identifiable but comics don't need straight nor standard boxes, as long as staff can see what is a 'panel'.
Up to 6 characters would get exp as normal, however keep in mind that only a max of 3 characters (or algo) can get loot rolls.
