Breeding

Breeding in algolopes is the pairing of two individual algos to produce a litter of kits. Breeding is done for various reasons, but the primary objective for most is to improve the stats of their lines, or to produce quality individuals. Algolopes can only breed once they have completed their Breeding Rites and earned a Breeding Seal!

Breeding is open year round, members may submit a maximum of 3 breedings per month, either as individual submissions or splits between another member (both members provide one algo to the pairing), splits count against the monthly limit for both members involved.

For breeding requests:

Only 1 breeding request per comment!

You may only breed 3 pairs per month, and only participate in 1 shared litter per month. 

Please do NOT reply to admin Litter comments EXCEPT to mark the sale/transfer of Kits! 

For proof of approval, please link to the original comment threads for older slots (2020 prior), or to the slot proof comment on the import itself!

Please be sure to include this form for breeding requests!
*If you are the owner of both algos, you still need to write yourself a slot proof in the import's comment section, otherwise the breeding will be declined.

List what it is you are looking to get from the breeding, are you looking to put your dam/sire up but with the condition that you want first pick? Or maybe you don't want inbreeding? Maybe you want a full breeding for yourself before they can have one for them?

Please keep conversation minimal! If you want to talk about the breeding in depth, feel free to DM or message each other!  

Do not bully anyone into taking less then what they are asking! If they list that they want first pick of the litter, please respect that!

Once the amount of slot is reached, it will be marked as used and you are free to repost your dam or sire if you want to!
