This page lists our current Admins and what areas they generally work in.
Availability is the times the Admins could work on a queue, it does not mean they will work everyday as this is volunteer work and we all need time for family and obligations.

During major holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter, and others, we may temporarily close Non-Event activities so Admins can spend time with their family and celebrate.
Some ques may allow submissions, especially for Seasonal Events, but the results may not be rolled until holidays have passed.
On occasion we may need to temporarily close or limit que submissions to clear existing submissions and process requests. During these times we will make announcements via Discord, Site or post on the applicable journals.
Que submission limits may be changed at any time while we test gameplay and make adjustments, to assist with managing workloads and training new Admins.

Regular que processing may be frozen or closed during art events during October (Drawloween) as well as July (Artfight) so Admins may participate. We may concurrently run Seasonal or Events related to the Art Event, which offer rewards for participation.
Frozen ques may allow submissions for the month but will not be processed until the freeze is lifted. Some Ques may be Closed which means we will not accept submissions until it reopens.
