Changelog:
-Redrew shines and adjusted to Color Dodge 30%. The shines should appear brighter but hopefully consistently across programs.

• Fixed lineart here and there, colored all lines solid black.

• Cleaned up dewclaw for Rabbit Foot Classic Alt. It should now match without the nail accent and defined pawpads.

• Cleaned up coloring for Scale Additions, Belly and Neck Scales (accents), and adjusted Belly Skin to cover under the armpit.

• There is now a solid linework between the belly skin/scale area and the fur for easier coloring.

• Deleted additional Shines layer as it should work fine now.
