Life Orb Sweeper

With a superb Special Attack stat, good bulk, and abilities, Reuniclus has a good niche in this month's meta. Thanks to Magic Guard, Reuniclus turns into a great Calm Mind sweeper, using Life Orb with no drawbacks, while being immune to Toxic and hazards with Magic Guard. Psychic is the stronger option for its STAB, but Psyshock can be used to hit Pokémon like Toedscruel and Goodra, who are weaker on their Physical side. Focus Blast can used to hit the many Dark types in this meta, while Shadow Ball can be used to hit the Psychic types and Spiritomb. Choosing between the coverage moves can be hard, but the Offensive Trick Room set doesn’t have to deal with this, being able to fit both while still hitting hard with Life Orb.

Regenerator

Reuniclus also has access to Regenerator and good special bulk, meaning it can pull off a good Assault Vest set. Future Sight is used to apply pressure to the opponent's team, making them think twice before switching in. Focus Blast is used to hit Dark types. Knock Off is a great way to force progress on your opponent's team, and Psychic Noise is a great option to deny healing from the bulky walls of the metagame.

Flaws

However, Reuniclus has some flaws. This meta is populated by Dark types, which means it can be hard to fire off attacks versus them. One of the Dark types is Spiritomb, who, thanks to his partial Ghost typing, is immune to Focus Blast, and doesn’t mind Shadow Ball too much, as well as threatening big damage back with Poltergeist. However, if you play around it and remove its threats, Reuniclus can be a deadly endgame cleaner.
