Analysis

Swellow is this tier’s fastest guy. He uses boomburst with the ability scrappy. The pokemon that take 2 boombursts are as follows: Empoleon, Bastiodon, AV Eelektross, and technically Magcargo. AV Donphan with ice shard is also something to look out for. Swellow is so much faster than any other pokemon that I think Modest is usually best. The other moves are just preference: U-turn, Hurricane, Defog, Toxic, Heat Wave, Endeavor, Protect, and Roost. You can choose between Specs and Boots. It’s really up to you. If you are specs and take stealth rock damage even once, Comfey beats you 1 v 1 and gains health doing it.. Also, If you’re not specs, Comfey also beats you 1 v 1 and gains health doing it. Guts Swellow is worse but possibly usable.
