This page takes a dispatcher step-by-step through actions they can take to fix a PDT.
If it doesn't say they have: check they have logged in properly and are on the WSX App. It wont show they have logged in unless they have opened the WSX App. They may have logged in on MTData but the driver would have to be logged in to WSX app to receive jobs and for login data to be presented to WSX - check on truck info to see.
Logging in - Have they logged in on Trimble or only on Talon?
If not the trucking contractor must be instructed to contact MTData, there is nothing further we can do.
Make sure they aren't just out of coverage - If the truck is ATCREW or near the crew there could be delay in data getting to WSX, since they might be on poor cellular coverage. Make sure they have passed areas where they should have good cellular coverage such as town / cities before getting to this conclusion.
Make sure the truck has a radio id assigned against it in WSX. DBAdmin - Trucks - Look for truck - Check radio id against truck, see instructions below to determine radio id of a truck.
In Hawkeye, select the detail Icon. This will bring up more information about each truck.
On the right the Fleet ID and Unit ID will be shown. Enter the details below to calculate the radio id
