Prerequisite:
Please make sure you have a USB cable to be able to connect the tablet to the laptop / PC or have a USB dongle that directly connects to the tablet with the required Talon and WSX apps
Make sure you have copied the latest WSX and Talon app's apk files from the Gdrive link below to a location in your PC or USB that's easily accessible.

Choose to unlock the tablet – You can get unlock codes from us if you can send us the device ID (Within Talon – Choose 3 dots on the top right – Unlock – Get us the device ID). If you don’t see the above option then its possible that your tablet is unlocked already.
Now when the tablet is unlocked, go to android settings (the cog icon on the apps list) choose general on the top – then choose backup and reset on the right – Choose factory data reset – reset device
The PDT will turn off and start the reset process
Once it’s done – Proceed through the screens by choosing NEXT and skip for any places it is asking you to setup Wi-Fi or Samsung / Google accounts
Once you are back inside the tablet’s home – Copy and install WSX and Talon apps from your PC or a USB into the downloads folder
Navigate to My files app – Choose device storage – Choose the download folder – From the files you had just copied - Install the WSX app first – followed by the Talon app
