Data Required
The following icons may display with differing colours to indicate current status of this function, as outlined below
Battery Charge Level
Green - Full
Orange - Moderate
Red - Low
WSX Connectivity
Green - Connection active
Red - No current connection
WSX List Data
Green - Up to date

Red - Not active
MTData GPS & Tablet GPS

Notes:
Where GPS signal is poor the text 'Getting Better GPS fix' will also display
Where the small yellow box displays as part of the icon, this indicates the GPS feed is coming from the device and not an external GPS feed, e.g. not from MTData GPS.
The DASHBOARD presents a snapshot of data relevant to your associated Customer(s).
Data is displayed by default for all your associated customers, with the option to view a selected Customer (if you have more than one) by tapping on the 'Cust:' selector in the top left corner.
The Next 4 Trucks Due (approx mins) widget shows the next 4 trucks planned to deliver your selected customer(s) with the time (in minutes) until they are due to arrive (based on an estimated At Customer time)
The Todays Loads section shows the deliveries that have been received today and those still on route to the customer.
Note that loads in the 'At Customer' status are included in the 'On Route' total, whereas loads in the 'Unloaded' status are included in the 'Received' total
The bottom half of the screen presents the journey data for each truck planned to deliver to your selected customer(s).
Tapping on any of the journeys will open the JOBS screen
Note: Journeys are only removed from the Dashboard once they have reached the Unloaded/Empty status and (where required) Delivery Confirmation has been completed (see below for details on Delivery Confirmation).
The JOBS screen presents a full list of all the trucks planned to deliver to your associated customers. Each job displays,
Estimated Time of Arrival (based on At Customer ETA in WSX)
Truck Code
Delivery Log Grade
Delivery Customer
Docket Number (where allocated to the uplift)
Journey Status (coloured button)
Icons - See above
Tapping on a Job will open the Job Details screen, presenting the full details associated to the job.
Where a job has multiple uplifts, to scroll between these, swipe left or right on the screen
Where present, tapping on the CONFRIM button will initiate the Delivery Confirmation process - (see Delivery Confirmation section below)
Tapping on the Status Button for a journey will present the option to set the journey status as Unloaded. Note:
Journeys should only be set as Unloaded if the truck has been physically unloaded at your site.
Where Delivery Confirmation is required and not yet completed, you must first complete this before the journey can be set as Unloaded.
Where the requirement for Customer Delivery Confirmation has been assigned to a job, you can complete the confirmation either by,
Selecting the CONFIRM button against the job in the Jobs screen, or
Tapping the Status Button (where the Delivery Confirmation has not previously been completed)
When Delivery Confirmation is initiated, you are presented with a screen showing the details of each uplift (docket) with the options to either,
CONFIRM - Select where the details of the load match that being delivered, or
NOTIFY - Send Message - Select where the load being delivered may differ from that shown. When selected you are then prompted to select a notification reason, either,
Log Grade - Prompts you to select a new Log Grade, following which you can also add a text message (optional).
Note: This is NOT a job Edit - it does not change the Log Grade against the uplift in WSX - it is simply a notification of a discrepancy for despatch to follow up.
Other - Prompts you to complete a free-form text message describing the discrepancy with the load (mandatory where 'Other' is selected)
In addition to the Confirm or Notify options above, you may also be required to return additional data data such as Piece Count, Fell Date, Volume, Reference or Net Weight. Where these fields present in the Load Confirmation screen, you must complete before the confirmation can be sent.
If Delivery Confirmation is set as required for your customer this must be completed before the load will be cleared from your device.
Note: Delivery Confirmation does NOT allow for the rejection of a load. If the load is to be rejected please ensure you contact the relevant despatch and follow your normal procedures.
The SUMMARY screen displays data for loads that have been delivered to any of your associated customers.
Data is displayed in graphs showing deliveries by,
Current Day (by Hour),
Current Week (by Day),
Current Month (by Week), and
Last Three Months (by Week or Month).
Each option shows the total loads delivered in the right-hand graph and a breakdown by Log Grade in the left-hand graph
Clicking on any of the Log Grade segments within the Log Grades graph will display the total loads delivered for that log grade.
Clicking on any of the bars within the Total Uplift graph will open the History screen (see below)
Notes:
Loads are only added in the Summary and History screens once they reach the Empty status in WSX. Loads showing in the Jobs or Dashboard in the Unloaded status are therefore included in the Summary and History data.
The loads displayed in the Summary & History screens are a combined data set for all loads for all your associated customers.
The History screen shows a list of each of the loads delivered (by docket) within the selected day/period.
Buttons along the top of the screen allow you to move to adjoining days or periods from that initially selected, or to show All deliveries (for the period associated with the originally selected graph).
Within the History screen you can use the Search option to search for any data contained within the delivery records, e.g. search for a docket number, search for a truck code, etc.
Tapping on any of the records in the History screen will present a full list of the Load Details for that delivery.
Proximity Notifications present as a message appearing over any screen and inform the loader operator of a trucks arrival within the Customer Proximity geofence. The message includes,
The truck
The time at which it is recorded as inside the customer proximity geofence and
The distance of the truck from the customer (this is based on the crew proximity geofence size)
The MESSAGES screen displays messages sent from despatch (WSX) and allows for the loader operator to reply or send messages back to WSX.
To send a message to despatch, click the + at the bottom right hand side of the screen, select the appropriate despatch (database) and select either,
Free Form Text Message - allows for creation of a free-text message, or
A Pre-Canned Message - selecting one of the following
Delay - I have broken down
Delay - I have a flat tyre
Delay - Truck in repairs
I am on the road again
Note: The background colour of the message indicates the following
Blue - Sent from WSX by operator (to PDT)
Green - Sent from PDT (to WSX)
Orange - Automated message sent from WSX (to PDT)
PDT's update background data on average every 55 seconds and when updating the following screen will present.
It will take approx 30 seconds for this screen to load the first time opening the app.
