The following icons may display with differing colours to indicate current status of this function, as outlined below
Battery Charge Level
Green - Full
Orange - Moderate
Red - Low
WSX Connectivity
Green - Connection active
Red - No current connection
WSX List Data
Green - Up to date
Orange - Updating
Red - Not active
MTData GPS & Tablet GPS

Notes:
Where GPS signal is poor the text 'Getting Better GPS fix' will also display
Where the small yellow box displays as part of the icon, this indicates the GPS feed is coming from the device and not an external GPS feed, e.g. not from MTData GPS.
The DASHBOARD presents a snapshot of data relevant to the Loader.
Data is displayed by Gang and the user can switch between their associated gangs by tapping on the gang selector in the top left corner.
The Next 3 Trucks Due (approx mins) widget shows the next 3 trucks planned to uplift from the gang and the time (in minutes) until they are due to arrive (based on estimated At Gang time)
Note: Tapping on the Next 3 Trucks Due widget will switch the display to show the Stock By Location widget and vice-versa.
The Stock By Location widget shows the current total stock and the currently planned trucks for the gangs first two locations, e.g. 14/4 indicates 14 loads of stock with 4 loads planned to be uplifted.
The Time Since Last Stock Call widget displays the time elapsed since a stock update was made on each location. The location displayed will change each 5 seconds (where more than one location is active), cycling through all locations.
Tapping on this widget will open the STOCK screen for the selected gang and location.
The bottom half of the screen presents the trucks planned for uplift from the selected crew.
The By Arrival Time button sorts the planned journeys by the estimated At Crew time (this is the default display)
The By Gang Location button sorts the display to group journeys by their associated gang location
The journey display can be filtered using the buttons containing statuses. These filters work by displaying journeys with the selected status and also those in any of the following statuses, e.g. On Route will show all journeys from On Route to At Crew.
Tapping on any of the journeys will open the JOBS screen
Note: Journeys are only removed from the Dashboard once they have reached the Loaded status in WSX.
The JOBS screen presents a full list of all the trucks planned to uplift from the crew or loader. Each job displays,
Estimated Time of Arrival (based on At Crew ETA in WSX)
Truck
Uplift Log Grade
Delivery Customer
Docket Number (if allocated to the uplift)
Journey Status
Where the blue CONFIRM button appears, this indicates the job requires Load Confirmation (see section below)
Where a red N icon displays this indicates the job has not as yet been viewed by the Loader.
Tapping on the Status Button for a journey will present the option to set the journey status as Loaded.
Note: Journeys should only be set as Loaded if the truck has been physically loaded.
Where activated, crews may create jobs starting by tapping the + button on the bottom right of the screen.
Note: Please consult with Trimble Support should you wish to use Loader Job creation functionality.
Tapping on a Job will open the Job Details screen, presenting the full details associated to the job.
Where a job has multiple uplifts, to scroll between these swipe left or right on the screen.
Where Job Edit functionality is activated, tapping on the Blue Pencil icon in bottom right-hand corner of the Job Details screen will open the Job Edit screen (see below for details on editing jobs)
Where the requirement for Load Confirmation has been assigned to a job, you can complete the confirmation either by
Selecting the CONFIRM button against the job in the Jobs screen, or tapping the Status Button (where the Load Confirmation has not previously been completed)
When Load Confirmation is initiated, you are presented with a screen showing each uplift (docket) with the options to either,
CONFIRM - Select where the details of the load match that being loaded out, or
NOTIFY - Send Message - Select where the load being loaded out may differ from that shown. This option also prompts you to complete a free-form text message describing the discrepancy with the load (mandatory)
In addition to the Confirm or Notify options above, you may also be required to return additional data data such as Piece Count or Fell Date. Where these fields present in the Load Confirmation screen, you must complete before the confirmation can be sent.
If Load Confirmation is set as required for your crew this must be completed before the load will be cleared from your device.
Note: Load Confirmation does NOT provide for the changing or rejection of a load. If you are unable to load the truck or wish to change the load, please ensure you communicate with your Despatch and follow your normal procedures.
The SUMMARY screen displays data for loads that have been uplifted from crews associated to the Loader.
Data is displayed in graphs showing uplifts by,
Current Day (by Hour),
Current Week (by Day),
Current Month (by Week), and
Last Three Months (by Week or Month).
Each option shows the total loads uplifted in the right-hand graph and a breakdown by Log Grade in the left-hand graph
Clicking on any of the Log Grade segments within the Log Grades graph will display the total uplifted loads for that log grade.
Clicking on any of the bars within the Total Uplift graph will open the History screen (see below)
Notes:
Loads are only added in the Summary and History screens once they reach the Loaded status in WSX. Loads currently showing in the Jobs or Dashboard screen therefore are not included in the Summary of History data at that time.
The loads displayed in the Summary & History screens are a combined data set for all loads from all crews the loader has been associated to (at the time of load creation) within the selected period.
The History screen shows a list of each of the uplifts within the selected day/period.
Buttons along the top of the screen allow you to move to adjoining days or periods from that initially selected, or to show All uplifts (for the period associated with the originally selected graph).
Within the History screen you can use the Search option to search for any data contained within the uplift records, e.g. search for a docket number, search for a truck code, etc.
Tapping on any of the uplifts in the History screen will present a full list of the Load Details for that uplift.
Proximity Notifications present as a message appearing over any screen and inform the loader operator of a trucks arrival within the Crew Proximity geofence. The message includes,
The truck
The time at which it is recorded as inside the crew proximity geofence and
The distance of the truck from the crew (this is based on the crew proximity geofence size)
The MESSAGES screen displays messages sent from despatch (WSX) and allows for the loader operator to reply or send messages back to WSX.
To send a message to despatch, click the + at the bottom right hand side of the screen, select the appropriate despatch (database) and select either,
Free Form Text Message - allows for creation of a free-text message, or
A Pre-Canned Message - selecting one of the following
Delay - I have broken down
Delay - I have a flat tyre
Delay - Truck in repairs
I am on the road again
Note: The background colour of the message indicates the following
Blue - Sent from WSX by operator (to PDT)
Green - Sent from PDT (to WSX)
Orange - Automated message sent from WSX (to PDT)
The STOCK screen presents stock data as it is currently recorded in WSX and allows for stock updates to be sent to WSX.
To Update Stocks:
Select the required Crew and Location (if not already selected).
To update a stock value, tap on the quantity field for the Log Grade in the Stock column and add the required number of loads.
Fell Date can be added by tapping on the Fell Date field and selecting a date from the date picker that presents
Comments can also be added by tapping the grey + icon to the left of the Call Date. Note, where a blue comment box displays tapping on this will display the currently held stock comment in WSX.
To add a Log Grade to the stock list, select the + button at the bottom right and search/select the required Log Grade from the Add Stock Line screen
Once all the required updates have been made, send the stock update to WSX by selecting on the Send (arrow) icon at the top right of the screen.
When sending the stock update, if there are active jobs on the PDT you will be presented with the job list and are required to update to Loaded any loads that you have already loaded out. To do this, click on the status button, e.g. At Crew, and click on Yes to the question presented.
Note: If the load requires Load Confirmation you will also be prompted to complete this at this time.
Once all loads have been marked as Loaded, click on the Send (arrow) icon at the top right of the screen.
The Cloud Icons against each log grade display the following,
Green Cloud - WSX and the PDT stock data is synchronised.
Orange Cloud - Stock update has been made on PDT but not yet sent to WSX.
Red Cloud - Stock update sent from the PDT but WSX is yet to return confirmation of receipt.
PDT's update background data on average every 55 seconds and when updating the following screen will present.
It will take approx 30 seconds for this screen to load the first time opening the app.
