Service icons in Talon - From Left to Right (per image below)
WiFi - Shows connectivity status between 4000 unit and tablet
Cellular - Should have a minimum of 3 bars
GPS - Should have a minimum satellite count of 4
Ignition - Green when truck's ignition is ON and Red when OFF

LIST - Responsible for data you see on WSX app. Orange when downloading / processing data from Trimble servers and Green when idle
GPS - Green when GOOD and Red when BAD

All green - contact support.
All red -> Check GPS, WiFi and cellular icons in Talon. If no icons in Talon, have trucking contractor contact MTData on Wifi issues with unit. (Possibly the 4000 unit is not able to talk to WSX app)
If they are working, contact Support.
GPS RED Log out of WSX app. Check GPS icon in Talon. How many satellites are on the bulls-eye? (Need to be at least 3 for an accurate GPS reading). 7050 - GPS is 1st square
Look at Lat, Long columns history in MTData. If GPS is broken the MTData history will look as shown in the image below :
**NOTE: GPS issues should only cause statusing issues for jobs in WSX but the PDT should still be able to receive jobs and messages from WSX. You can also check the about screen with Talon to see GPS status.
Cellular RED - Check if truck is out of coverage. Check cellular icon in Talon. Check about screen (at the bottom of screen shows cellular signal strength). If not showing contact MTData. 7050 - cellular is second square.
