A grey PDT icon means the PDT isn't on. To turn it on:
Go to the database.Â
Trucks, Trucks
Sort by truck number and select the desired truck
Change
Select the drop down in Registration
Click change
7. In Voicless box, select active
If the information isn't shown in the Voiceless Box, the PDT hasn't been set up and Support need to be contacted.
