Choose "Clear Lists"
Enter the daily password (Need to get from support if you dont have the password tool)
Choose "All Lists"
Wait for a few minutes and you would see the "Updating List Data" animation show up on the screen indicating that the list update after the reset is underway. Once the animation disappears, make sure all service icons on the top right are GREEN and then check if all the required data is available.
Be aware that you can also check if the LIST Clear worked by looking at the information displayed by choosing the LIST icon (second one, three horizontal lines with 1,2,3) right after the reset and after the List update animation disappears. The former should show a LIST version of 0 and the latter should show a non zero version.
