Docket Validation parameters

This page describes the various docket validation process that exists within WSX, where the dockets are automatically validated based on data coming in from 3rd party data sources, if certain criteria are met.  Helena.                

7 Day Import:

This process is the widely used and the common form of data validation from C3 or ISO. Here the data comes into WSX via csv files during various times of the day. When the data comes into WSX for the dockets, the validation is done based on the below criteria. 

The parameters under which the matching is made are,

STEP 1: Docket# - This is a first level match, if the process cant find the docket number the matches below are ignored and the docket is sent to unmatched dockets.

STEP 2: Following STEP 1 the following fields are considered the minimum criteria to make a successful electronic validation of the docket,

  • WoodType / SoldAs

  • Truck

  • Netweight
