The table below describes the data contained within the FLITS export file and how it is sourced from WSX
Note there are two export formats for the FLITS file, AFL and HFM. The differences between these are noted in the table below.
For dockets to be written to the FLITS export file the following criteria must first be met,
Docket LogOrg in FlitsLogOrgs setting (check with TFL Support if unsure)
Delivery date within the selected range (date range selected when export is run)
Docket Not Yet Sent
Docket LogOrg in the selected list (Log Orgs selected when export is run)
Net weight > 0
If 'Include Export' is checked then JAS and Pieces must be present for Export Customers
Must have M-Check (E-Check not required) (unless DB exception exists- check with TFL Support if unsure)
Cannot have E-Error or M-Error
The table below describes the data output in the docket export file. This data is exported in a CSV format with a file naming convention of ‘FLITSExport_LogOrg(s)_AllSupplier(s)_DateTime(when run).CSV’
