This page is to identify any setup issues associated with creating or editing a job.
· Check Logging Organization has Job Edit or Create enabled
· Check Trucking contractor has the same logorg as truck and journey
· Check if the Supplier has the same logorg as the journey
· Check Truck has the same logorg as truck contractor and journey
· Check Trailer has the same logorg as truck contractor, truck and journey
· Check if the Supplier has the same logorg as the journey, truck, trucking contractor
· Check Logging Organization has Job Edit or Create enabled
· Have support check if the user has access to the Logging Organization in security
· Check if the Supplier has the same logorg as the journey
· Check if the Logging Contractor has the same logorg as journey and truck
· Check if the Loader Owner has the same logorg as journey, logging contractor and truck
· Check if the Gang has the same logorg as journey, logging contractor
· Check if the Gang has the correct logging contractor
· Check if the Forest has the same logorg as journey, logging contractor
· Check if WUR is available, if the logorg setting “Uplift Log Grade” is set to WUR
· Check if the Gang Location has the same logorg as journey, gang, logging contractor
· Check if the Forest has the same logorg as journey, logging contractor
· Check if WUR is present for the current day or week based on the log org setting “WUR” when set to anything other than open.
· Check if the Loader has the same logorg as journey and loader Owner
· Check if the Loader Owner has the same logorg as journey, logging contractor and loader
· Check if the Customer has the same logorg as the journey and truck
· Check if the Customer has CWD available if the log org customer setting is based on CWD
· Check if the Grade has the same logorg as journey, truck, loader
· Check if the CWD is available for the selected customer if the log org customer setting is based on CWD
· Check if the CWD is available for the day / week if the log org setting “Delivery Log Grade” is set to CWD
· Check if the Wood Grade is available under customer, if the log org setting “Delivery Log Grade” is set to Customer
· Check if the CWD is available if the log org setting “CWD” has been set to Daily or Weekly
· Check if WUR is present for the current day or week based on the log org setting “WUR” when set to anything other than open.
Issue: Driver cannot select a Log Grade on the PDT when adding or editing an uplift.
Resolution:
Check all required Log Org associations exist for WoodType, Customer, Crew & Contractor, Loader
Check the ‘WSX Mobile Selection Controls’ against the Log Org and check that the associated data exists in WSX to allow the Log Grade to present, e.g. if ‘Delivery Log Grade’ is set as “CWD” and ‘CWD’ is set as “Weekly”, check that a CWD order for the exists for the Customer and WoodType with a remaining delivery quantity for the week.
If the set-up within WSX looks correct then it may be there is an issue with the Log Grade in the Lists. To initiate a refresh of the List data for the missing grade you can attempt the following two steps, checking after each one*.
Deactivate the WoodType, wait 30 seconds and then reactivate
Remove the Log Orgs from the WoodType and wait 30 seconds, then re-add the Log Orgs
*To check if the refresh has been successful you will need to set-up a PDT either to mimic that from which the issue was reported or as a test set-up with matching credentials.
· Check if the log org setting “Job Create / Modify” has either Edit + Add or Create
· In the PDT – Within WSX app, choose three dots on top right and select “Show Logorg” to see if the relevant logorg is listed. If listed, then choose the logorg and check if the setting “PDTJobEDit has been set to 2 or 3.
· Check if the log org setting “Job Create / Modify” has either Edit or Edit + Add or Create
· Have support check if the user has access to the Logging Organization in security
· In the PDT – Within WSX app, choose three dots on top right and select “Show Logorg” to see if the relevant logorg is listed. If listed, then choose the logorg and check if the setting “PDTJobEDit has been set to 1 or 2 or 3.
· In the PDT - Choose the LIST icon and see if you have a UserRoleID other than 0 and that a List Version is available other than 0.
