This is what an ideal journey will look like.
Things to notice:
Received at truck PDT
Confirmed (M)- driver has confirmed job before leaving customer.
On Route (A)
At Gang (A) - log count and docket details prompted and sent through to us.
Loaded (A)
At Customer (A) - weight and remaining docket details prompted and sent through to us.
Empty (A)
Select the first one that is missing and follow those instructions
Received at PDT
Received at PDT
Follow "PDT Problems" and then "Not receiving jobs". If that doesn't work email support
Confirmed
Confirmed
The driver must confirm any job before they leave or start moving. If they fail to do so none of the other statuses will work.
To confirm a job the driver needs to select the job and click 'Confirm'.
On Route
On Route
1. Check the driver confirmed the job
2. Clear his screen. - If he has jobs stuck on his screen this will not work.

1. Check GPS of crew
2. Make sure they're in coverage.
3. Clear his screen and send back as loaded.
*Note: if driver stock calls are enabled for this journey it will prompt here.
At Customer/Empty
At Customer/Empty
1. Check if he was tracking in MTData during that time he was at customer and the make sure, the GPS Time and Server Time in MTData are consistent.
2. Check to see if other trucks at customer are changing over automatically
3. Check the geofences for that customer and make sure that the truck had moved / stopped within that geofence.
