When a PDT is set up in our system it is assigned an ID. This is used in the system and in MTData.
1. In Hawkeye, select the detail Icon. This will bring up more information about each truck.
Make sure that Fleet ID and Unit ID are selected in settings - they will be shown on the far right.
Now find the required truck and find the Fleet and Device ID. Eg. 4698 - Fleet: 88 Unit: 30
Now use this formula: Radio ID = (FleetID x 256) + UnitID
eg. 4698 RadioID: (88 x 256) + 30 = 22558
Enter Fleet ID and Unit ID here:
Go to Database, Trucks, Registration No. Sort by PDT ID.
Scroll through the ID's until you find the right one. From here you can see who the ID is assigned to, the registration its associated with and can delete it out and apply it to the appropriate truck.
