Learning Maps - Overview
In each Learning Map the Discipline column tells you which CDOT disciplines will benefit from taking the training. The Type column denotes whether the class is an online self-paced e-learning, a video, or an instructor-led course (including virtual classes). The Length column tells you how long the class takes to complete and the Description column gives you an overview of the course and what you'll learn.
Each Learning Map is organized as follows:
CDOT Foundational Courses – This training gives you a core understanding of CDOT’s program development and delivery process.
Technical Skills – This training teaches you technical skills specific to different disciplines.
Professional & Personal Skills – This training teaches you non-technical business skills, such as writing, presentation skills and more.
Project Management – This training teaches you skills to lead and deliver projects.
