What OED Does
OED manages training for CDOT:
Leadership & Business Skills Training: Leadership Journey, cohorts, and more.
Required Training: Ensure that all employees and supervisors complete required training.
Technology Training: Deliver and coordinate training for MS Office Suite, Google Suite and other technologies.
SAP Training: Build and deliver training.
CDOT System Training: Build and deliver training and instructional materials.
Transportation Engineering Training Program: Training for CDOT engineers.
Learning Management System: Manage the LMS and help teams use it to track training.
Training Consultation: Partner with teams to help them with training, LMS, communications and more.
Professional Development: Support teams with profiles, assessments, etc.
Partner with Maintenance & Operations Training: Support this team and partner on training that crosses functions, such as safety, equipment, etc.
