Certifications
All construction inspectors, including CDOT and consultants, must demonstrate proficiency by passing an exam and earning certification within the developed categories. CDOT has self-study manuals for four of the entry-level certification courses.
This online course is designed for materials testers who are new to working with CDOT, including consultants and new CDOT hires. The course provides information and simulated situations, so students can learn about and practice the CDOT approach to administering testing, documentation and communication on construction projects.
