What Is LinkedIn Learning?
Learning and development is a top priority for the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT). As a CDOT employee, you have access to the full LinkedIn Learning library! LinkedIn Learning has thousands of courses taught by industry leaders and top instructors from around the world.
The courses cover a wide range of topics including technical/software skills, interpersonal skills, leadership, digital tools and more. The State of Colorado (SOC) Learns Training Portal gives you direct access to all LinkedIn Learning courses.

How Do I Activate my LinkedIn Learning License within the SOC Learns Training Portal?
If you’ve never taken a LinkedIn Learning course in the SOC Learns Training Portal then you need to activate LinkedIn Learning.
Once you’ve activated your LinkedIn Learning license in SOC Learns, then you can take any LinkedIn Learning course at any time.
