Any CDOT employee can request access to the free, online Franklin Covey All Access Pass. These self-service leadership and management tools are a wealth of soft skills and leadership information online, right at your fingertips.
About the All Access Pass
This online learning platform gives you access to self-paced content, such as Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, Leading at the Speed of Trust, Project Management Essentials, etc. It also gives you access to modules, exercises, articles, videos and more.
Content in the All Access Pass is supplemental to CDOT’s Leadership Journey training program. Please note that completion of training within the All Access Pass does equate to completion of any instructor led training.The All Access Pass is supplemental to the training program.

To request an All Access Pass, please fill out the All Access Pass Request Form. You will receive your pass within 5 business days of submitting your request.
